Little Bit of This, Little Bit of That...

We've got just a couple updates for you folks...keeping you abreast of all the latest Roblee news.

First and foremost, if you haven't checked out these videos on the left

<-------------------------------------------------

please do! I've put a couple more on there. Also, at the bottom of this post is Dane's picture with Santa. Don't miss it!

So, this week has been a fun one! First, Dane and I finger painted in the back yard. He LOVED it for the first 10 minutes, then he started to get bored. Go figure. Trying to get him cleaned up before he wreaked havoc all over Blizzard was a feat in itself, but I did it! Some great pictures came out of it, though...I took some good photos, too:) Oh yeah, and Dane got to work on daddy's Datsun as well. He knew exactly how to work the jack. It was bizarre!

The last night of Kim Nocita's show "It's a Wonderful Life" was on Saturday. The cast was so great and we had a fun time seeing her performance as Mary, George Bailey's wife. Dane was into it for the first 10 minutes, but fell asleep during the show - it was his bed time! Anyway, good job, Kim!

Saturday was the Christmas party for Roel Construction down in Rancho Bernardo at the Rancho Bernardo Inn Resort and Spa. It was not only a beautiful party, but Roel also paid for our room that night since we were coming from out of town. It was wonderful! So, we left Dane with the grandparents and got to have a little mini vacation - we had a blast. No pictures, though! Weird, huh?

Last, but DEFINITELY not least are some pictures from today. We took Dane to get his picture taken with Santa at the Santa Anita mall. The pictures will speak for themselves. Afterwards we took him on the carousel there. He absolutely loves it! Of course, once he had to get off he was NOT a happy boy.

Check out some pictures from our week. Hopefully you're all enjoying this holiday time with people you love, and if you can't be with them, make sure you let them know how much you love them.

We love you all!

Here we go!

Concentration.

"Ok, looks like you got a little rust here...aahhh..."

Okay fine, I photoshopped that picture...this is the real picture...

Dane wasn't too sure about Santa. And quite frankly, I'm not sure Santa was too sure about him. Oh well! I guess it's pretty funny:)

Playing with Dane tonight. Look at those teeth!

I took some good pictures of us!

Gnivigsknaht!

No, that's not German, it's just Thanksgiving spelled backwards.

Well, I don't know about all of you, but we had a fantastic Thanksgiving! We headed over to my aunt Colleen and uncle Bill's house in Valley Center to enjoy the festivities. My cousin Megan brought her son Gunnar and her daughter Cooper. My cousin Katie had her son Dillon there, so Dane was extremely excited to play! Gunnar and Dane wrassssled around in the back yard all day and it was a wonderful sight.

There was another wonderful sight, though, that I cannot fail to mention - that was the incredible feast prepared by my aunt Colleen, my uncle Bill, my mom, Debbie and my sister Erica. A lot of people contributed, but these were the heavy hitters of the day. Thanks to you for such a great meal! We really did appreciate every bite!

We decided to spend the night there with everyone else, just like old times. We woke up to the smell of pancakes and bacon on the stove. Yikes, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! After all this, we headed home.

On the 30th, we celebrated Erica's 25th birthday. We had such a great day of good food, presents and of course, watching Dane steal the show. Erica got some great gifts and served us banana splits for dessert. YES! It was a great day, and of course, a lot of pictures came out of it.

I also put some random pictures taken these past couple weeks by my dad, myself and my sister, Kim. I hope you enjoy them and be sure to check out the new videos to the left of this blog! Thanks!
