All I can say is...WOW!

Whew! What a week! I've got a lot of stuff to show you guys...

The first set of pictures is from last Thursday when my dad and some friends had Car Night at Dalcorp. A lot of people showed up to look at beautiful cars and to eat some good food. Not only was the place packed with awesome cars, but thanks to Bob Hansen, I got to help him fire up a dragster! It was amazingly scary, but so freakin' fun! You can see the excitement on my face. The nitro burned my nose a little, but all I have to say is...WOW! Bob Hansen, you're nuts! Thanks for letting me (and Dane) be a part of that. Thanks to dad as well for putting on a great Car Night. Fun was had by all!

The second set of pictures is from about a week ago when Dane put on a show for all of us. As we all know, he loves to dance - pretty much to any type of music. Well, I was changing his clothes and decided to let him run around naked for a while. He entertained about 10 of us for a good 30 minutes, just dancing away and having a great time being naked. It was awesome. I wish we had video, but the pictures give you a little taste of that night. Good times.

The third set of pictures is from a few nights ago. Whenever we walk in the door, Dane immediately stomps over to the stereo and demands we turn it on. He has a lot of dancing to do, you know. So, that night we turned on the stereo and just played around for a couple of hours. He was being so goofy and making the silliest faces - it was priceless. Fortunately, I got some good pictures and some great videos. Check those out on the left side of this blog.

The last set of pictures was from Labor Day. My parents' long time friends Keith and Denise Brown were kind enough to let us use their season tickets at Dodger Stadium to watch the Dodgers play the Padres. They were great seats behind Dodger dugout! This was Dane's first baseball game, so we (especially dad) were really excited to see how he liked it. Even though he was pretty tired, and even though the Padres lost, he had a wonderful time. He was clapping with everyone, dancing to the music when it came on, and then slept through the noise when he got too tired. It was a day of fun and excitement and you can see how much fun we had in the photos.

Thanks for keeping up with what we're doing and please check out our videos to the left. I hope you all enjoy this as much as we do! Take care and have a great week everyone!

Here is Bob Hansen telling me to start the engine!

NOOOOO, the dragster was not on, but Dane LOVED sitting in it!

Here's where your nose starts to burn:)

Try getting in and out of that thing fast. No way!

"Bare Necessities"

Look at that belly!

We're so proud of our son. He can do the fist bump now!

Look at that hair...so sharp!

Dane is having a swinging time with his aunt Kim!

"Family Matters"

The all famous fist bump in action...again!

Look at those teeth! Beauties...

My boys!

Doesn't Blizzard look like he's going crazy in this picture? Well, he is!

Dane was trying to squish his face through my knees. Tricky little feller...

Here is Dane's sexy lounge singer pose...

Look out, Aerosmith!

Play another one for us, Dane!

"Labor Day Fun"
Dane is sporting his Padres jersey that his uncle Mark gave him for Christmas. It fits perfectly!

Mom and Dane before the game.

Dane and dad at the game.

This was so cute! Dane was so amazed when he first saw the stadium. I imagine it was pretty overwhelming.

Our family picture behind Dodger dugout.

Here is Dane sitting on the wall he's not supposed to be sitting on:)

Dane and dad...the cuteness is too much!

DODGER DOOOOOOOOOOGS!

7th inning stretch proved to be a little tiring for Dane, but man, what a great time!

Well, it was an incredible day. I can see Dane playing baseball one day. Maybe he'll be as good as Manny Ramirez...playing for the Padres, of course:)
