Well, this whole blog entry is pretty much dedicated to the Halloween "event" held at our lovely home in Monrovia, CA. We had a few pre-Halloween festivities leading up to the fun night - talk about a tough time choosing photos! Again, I had a plethora to pick from this time, thanks to my dad, Al Nocita.
We started the day with a visit from Lindsay and Kassady. They were on their morning walk and stopped by our house to say hello. Dane was busy trying on his Goofy hat and Kassady just wanted to ride on the horsey. I got a couple cute shots of them getting silly.
Later in the day, the pumpkin carving commenced. Dane thought it was pretty gross, but thoroughly enjoyed it! He also kept going back and forth between our house and the Crudge's next door. They were carving at the same time with their daughter, Grace. The kids had a blast and ultimately the parents did all the carving...isn't that always the way?
Around 5:30, people gathered to start the trick-or-treating portion of the evening. Almost everyone dressed up for the occasion! It was a great turn out and everyone really got into the Halloween spirit. I'll let the pictures tell the story, so sit back and enjoy!
